The front man for Flame & Torsion, Negotiable Evil (real name unknown, but his mom's name is Shawna) was a wisecracking, hard-drinking rabble-rouser with delusions of super-villainy. In the past year, however, a bizarre accident involving the band's van and a station wagon resulted in N.E. gaining the Osmium Seal, the mark of the Spirit of Metal, Bro. His powers might be weird, and he might not have total control of them, but he'll for sure be moving out of mom's basement soon.
