This character was created and sold in 2005-2006. I designed this character because I wondered what it would be like if there were a world where animals were made of balloons. The shape of this character is composed almost entirely of round balloons. I had a solo exhibition every year at a store and gallery mixi-bang! in Pasadena, California, USA. At that time, I sold character soft vinyl of this crossbow design. The light green part was made of luminescent material. In fact, this ARTTOY appeared in the Hollywood movie Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen as a prop in the movie. The main character is a female-form in a college dormitory. This very design, ANIBALLOON, appeared as a prop in the film.
