Because I had to 😂🤷♀️👊 in 2018 shortly after the signing of the completely botched FARM BILL … I was one for the first to import legal hemp into Florida. My son and I created a green wax dipped package and labeled it SEA WEED … it was almost impossible to protect a brand in a half legal market during these times, especially for a small business. Larger companies effectively put pressure on, or even snuffed out many of their smaller future competitors, in what would soon become a recreational marketplace. Giants appeared. And it became apparent that pharmaceutical companies would also become involved. Which is good, but it will be interesting to see if small crafts cannabis can survive against seed to sale.
