"The Milky Way is nothing else but a mass of innumerable stars planted together in clusters", as Galileo Galilei said. It contains 200 billion stars and enough gas and dust to make billions others. More than half stars found in the milkyway are older than our 4.5 billion years old Sun. Up in the clouds, overflying cities, hunting Milkyways. This is the phrase that was always repeating on my mind when i was taking these photos. Sometimes as a pilot and other times as a traveller wandering around. That's my passion. This journey started a few years ago in Greece with some unique photos taken from the mainland. As my career as a pilot started and i began to travel more this collection got enriched by a series of photos captured while flying over Italian coast, Budapest, Cairo and several other cities. This is my collection of 23 1/1 images of Milkyways and stars photographed from both ground and air, proudly presented to the public.
