Habits

When it comes to improving your quality of life, everything is about establishing healthy habits. When something becomes a habit, you no longer need to muster the motivation to do anything, these things come naturally as they are built into an established routine. You will start to feel noticeably off if you don’t do them, you will HAVE to do them. Lucky for you, you have absolutely 0 routine habits, and starting with just a few of them will improve your life to some degree. From there, you’ll be able to add habits, and you’ll undoubtably discover that anything getting in the way of you performing these tasks (eg, anything destructive to your health and wellbeing, cheap adrenaline and dopamine that is ultimately hurtful) does not serve you in becoming the person you want to be, and thus it’ll be easier to cut those time wasting things out of your life for good.
